Kaizen is the living embodiment of her name which means "continuous improvement" in Japanese. Not only is she a student athlete but a coach for ninjamonkeys Philippines and an entrepreneur as well. She is currently part of the POSF Ninja OCR national team.
She loves exploring and trying out new things. On her free time, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, climbing outdoors, and walking her dog. Kaizen wants to empower the youth, especially women, through obstacle sports. "I want to inspire them to dream big and reach their goals- to have a powerful heart that chooses to rise above challenges." She also hopes to develop future champions in sports and life.
